One tap replaced at the existing sink, with accessible connections. The tap and any extra fittings cost separately. A sink replacement, waste-disposal installation or worktop alteration needs an individual quote.
These are guide prices, not a fixed quote or a maximum charge. Access, the condition of the fittings and the work needed can change the cost. I’ll agree the price with you before starting.

The cupboard under the sink is a busy place for plumbing. Water supply connections, the sink waste and the trap all have different jobs. Whether a leak appears when the tap runs, the sink empties or nothing is being used helps me find its source.
A loose connection can need a different repair from damaged pipework. I’ll assess the fittings before recommending what to replace. If water also collects in the sink before draining away, I can check that too.
You can call about one leaking waste pipe. There is no need to turn a small repair into a kitchen renovation.
Replacing a kitchen sink
A replacement sink needs to fit the available space and connect to the plumbing. I can check the dimensions, existing worktop opening and tap arrangement with you before you buy. Changing the size or layout may involve work beyond the plumbing.
If you are keeping the current sink and only changing the tap, say so when requesting a quote. If both are changing, have the product details ready so the connections and waste fittings can be considered together.
Waste disposals and other small kitchen jobs
I can help with waste disposal plumbing. The make, model and nature of the fault will help establish what’s needed. A leak or waste connection is a different job from an electrical or mechanical fault inside the unit, which may need another specialist.
